Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred
• Experience with standard SNF documentation and therapy scheduling preferred

• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities when requested
