$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a busy ICU unit. The role involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment with a focus on flexibility and team collaboration. Responsibilities: Administer advanced patient care to critically ill adult patients, including those with neuro, trauma, LVAD, and CCRT needs. Monitor and interpret GE monitors and operate Lenet beds and other advanced equipment. Perform procedures such as rapid intubation, chest tube insertion, and EVD management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Adapt to changing patient acuity levels and shift assignments seamlessly. Ensure accurate documentation in Meditech EMR and maintain compliance with unit policies. Qualifications: Current RN license with at least 1 year of acute care ICU experience. ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIH certification preferred. Candidates with neuro and trauma experience are prioritized. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
