We’re hiring! Steve’s Meltdown at the Foundry is looking for awesome people to join our crew. We are currently seeking individuals to work shifts at an amazing location located in Midtown STL. Our Ideal Candidate Some food preparation and food safety knowledge, or a willingness to learn. Hard worker, quality‑oriented, and interested in being part of the larger mission and vision of HuSTL Hospitality to create fun food and event experiences that build community, celebrate St. Louis, and push the envelope creatively. This role is that of a “Utility Player,” meaning that not only will this person take orders directly from customers and work with the POS, they will also be responsible for preparing the signature sandwiches and soups in line with our specific recipes and standards. Must be 17+ to apply. Pay Base pay $11-12 plus a share of tips with a minimum guarantee of $4/hour tip income. Most team members average about $17.00/hour. Personal Performance Bonuses are available monthly for all kitchen team members who demonstrate work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, attention to quality, detail and checklists/standards.
