Leasing Consultant
$19 - $22 per hourHighmark Residential
Location Ranchstone Responsibilities Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, and preparing leases. Plan and attend resident events to foster community engagement. Collect and secure rental payments in a timely manner. Conduct marketing research, reporting, and retention campaigns. Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations. Qualifications Customer service or sales experience. Valid driver’s license. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation. Can‑do attitude and willingness to think creatively.
