Role Overview Our Customer Care Representatives are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service in response to customer enquiries across multiple contact channels. Duties include: Being the first point of contact for our customers. Providing general support and building engaging relationships on each and every customer call or interaction. Actively offer all MealPro products and benefits to our customers on all interactions in line with current demands. Investigating and resolving customer complaints and feedback. Work towards the Customer Care team KPI's and targets set by the management team. Report and document any kinds of issues to the responsible departments. Actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes. Being an expert regarding company policies, tools and systems. Qualifications Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers. Able to work in a team and collaborate effectively. Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
