Turret Operator

1st and 2nd Shift Turret Operator $23-25/hr

Responsibilities

• Load sheet metal into turret and related fabrication machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts and finished components to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Learn machine setup procedures for turret, press brake, and punch press equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
• Follow established fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Assist with machine programming after demonstrating setup proficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely around production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a 2nd shift schedule.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on increased responsibility.

This position is based in a well-maintained sheet metal fabrication shop featuring modern press brakes, welding bays, updated lighting, and organized inventory systems. The facility offers a bright, open work environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $54080.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Great benefits as a full time employee.
