We're seeking a Senior Content Manager with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage, publish, and optimize content for a high-visibility public website. This is a hands‑on content management role ideal for an AEM power user who excels at delivering engaging, compliant, and user-friendly digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage, publish, and maintain website content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Support and oversee content fragments, templates, and structured content frameworks developed by engineering teams. Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UX guidelines. Partner with marketing, digital, and technology teams to deliver consistent, high-quality web experiences. Maintain content governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong background in digital content publishing and content management. Deep understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web content best practices. Experience working within structured content models, templates, and governance frameworks. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience within regulated industries such as financial services, banking, healthcare, or insurance.
