Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, patient-centered care within our senior living and rehabilitation community. This position is based on-site and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Develop and coordinate personalized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, family-oriented atmosphere.
Maintain accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Provide education and support to residents and their families with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to delivering high-quality care with empathy.
