What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
• Drive customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability
• Manage daily service operations and repair order flow
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent
• Monitor department performance, budgets, and warranty compliance
• Ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• Automotive Service Management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Knowledge of fixed operations, service processes, and department financials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
