As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the staffing needs and providing supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care to ensure quality resident care on the assigned unit.Major Responsibilities:Manage staffing needs and provide supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident careAssist in staff development and provide guidance to Clinical Nurses and Nurse AssistantsConduct and document a complete data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatmentAssist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned residentAssist in recruiting and hiring nursing staffMonitor compliance with resident record documentation requirementsCoordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverageEnsure compliance with resident rights policiesMust complete Preceptor TrainingProvide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and conceptsQualifications:Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPNMinimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facilityMinimum one (1) year experience in nursing administrationMust be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well doneBenefits:Competitive pay, along with holiday pay and paid time off (PTO) programAccess to online learning 24/7 for free to help satisfy state-specific licensure requirementsTuition reimbursement is offered!Health, dental, and vision insurance for the entire family and more!401k with a match!We're an equal opportunity employer.
