CDL B Driver

Reeds Ferry Lumber Corp

Job Description

We are seeking a CDL B Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Delivering lumber and building materials to various construction sites throughout New England.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a tri-axle flat bed truck
Load and unload cargo mechanically with a Moffett
Some material handling but limited.
Must be able to secure loads properly with straps.
Properly track and document activity log using ELD
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields preferred
Commercial driver's license
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong work ethic
