Job Description
We are seeking a CDL B Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Delivering lumber and building materials to various construction sites throughout New England.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tri-axle flat bed truck
- Load and unload cargo mechanically with a Moffett
- Some material handling but limited.
- Must be able to secure loads properly with straps.
- Properly track and document activity log using ELD
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect truck before and after trip
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields preferred
- Commercial driver's license
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
