Role: Registered Nurse in a Cardiology Stepdown unit Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based care to patients transitioning from ICU to acute care, including telemetry monitoring, cardiac medication management, and post-procedure recovery. Collaboration: Work closely with cardiologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, educate patients and families, and facilitate safe discharges. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure, strong clinical skills in cardiology, excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities. Key Duties: Monitor cardiac patients, manage medications, support recovery, and ensure quality, safe, and compassionate care in a dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Black Women's Mental Health Institute
