If you're ready to join a team committed to your success, Trilogy is where you belong and thrive!Position OverviewCertified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident's plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when neededCollaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-beingProvide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residentsMaintain a safe and comfortable environmentThe Weekend Package Program details:Works a minimum of 2*(8hr) or (12hr) shifts every weekendThe Weekend Package incentive is an additional $2.50/hour working between the hours of 6pm on Friday to 7am on Monday.Additional shift differentials apply when working evening or night shifts on the weekendsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED/HSE preferredActive state Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)0-1 Years of relevant experience preferredLocationUS-IN-Elkhart Greenleaf Health Campus 1201 E Beardsley Ave Elkhart INBenefitsOur comprehensive Thrive benefits program focuses on your well-being, offering support for personal wellness, financial stability, career growth, and meaningful connections.
