Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a property and facilities management organization in Denver, Colorado. This contract opportunity is ideal for a marketing specialist who can blend content creation, campaign coordination, and client communication to support brand visibility and property promotion. The role focuses on building engaging digital experiences, maintaining consistent messaging across channels, and helping marketing initiatives move from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance website pages by keeping information current, well-presented, and aligned with brand standards.

• Produce marketing content for property advertising, company collateral, and broader promotional initiatives across digital channels.

• Organize social media planning by managing publishing calendars, scheduling posts, and supporting campaign rollouts.

• Contribute to marketing strategies for property launches through coordinated online promotions and audience outreach efforts.

• Partner directly with clients to share progress, collect input, and ensure deliverables reflect expectations and priorities.

• Monitor deadlines across multiple campaigns, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving on time.

• Review digital marketing results and summarize performance insights to strengthen future campaigns and messaging.

• Provide support for additional marketing assignments as business needs evolve.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to write and develop effective content for web, email, and promotional campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, email campaign platforms, and web content management systems.
• Background in real estate, property management, or investment-related industries is advantageous.
• Analytical approach to campaign measurement with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
