Machine Operator

$22/hr | 3rd Shift | Bilingual Required | Weekly Overtime Available

Shift:

• 3rd Shift
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Feed raw materials into production lines and keep equipment running efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and customer specifications
• Package, band, wrap, and prepare materials for shipment
• Complete production documentation and inventory records
• Perform basic machine checks and preventative maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work across multiple departments as production needs change
• Support team goals while meeting safety and production expectations

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn multiple processes and support different departments

Work Environment

This position is located in a large metal processing and manufacturing facility that specializes in coil coating, painting, slitting, and finishing aluminum and steel products for industries including construction, transportation, and HVAC. Employees work with modern manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. The facility has a large Spanish-speaking workforce and a supportive team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
