Description Medical Group Practices Management/Leadership Req #: 89104 Summary: The Practice Supervisor role supervises administrative staff and coordinates daily operations for the Oncology/Hematology Prior Authorization and Referrals team and ensures a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction responsibilities. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Two years of experience working in a hospital outpatient clinic setting required. Supervisory experience preferred.
