Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Support clients in achieving their personal and therapeutic goals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW) required.
• Valid LMSW license to practice in New York State.
• Experience in mental health settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
