ProCare Therapy is hiring Paraprofessionals or Behavior technicians for the 2026/2027 school year in Johnstown, PA . These full-time positions begin August 26, 2026 and run through June 3, 2027.
Openings are available in Autistic Support, Emotional Support, and Life Skills classrooms serving students in Kindergarten through 7th grade. If you have a preferred grade level or classroom setting, please let us know when you apply, and we'll do our best to match you with an appropriate opening.
Candidates should be dependable, patient, and passionate about supporting students with a variety of academic, behavioral, and functional needs. Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation is required. All onboarding documentation will be submitted directly to the district's Human Resources department, so candidates must be able to successfully pass all required background checks.
