ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I've been with State Farm for 25 years, and opened my own agency in 2021. Were proud to have built a strong foundation of knowledge and dedication to serving our clients over the past years. Were a family-oriented, team-focused agency with 5 team members who genuinely care about one another and our community. We work together as a close-knit work family, fostering an environment where everyone takes pride in their contributions and shares in the success of the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Retention Specialist / Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Azzy Abu-Omar - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Handle escalated customer issues.
Train office team on customer service procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
