Job Title: Customer Service Rep II
Job ID: 24823 Location: Virtual Georgia 30339 (Remote) Duration: 24 Months Payrate: $20.00- $22.00/HR. on W2 Core Responsibilities- Verify patient insurance coverage & benefits
- Determine and process prior authorization requirements
- Coordinate and submit clinical documentation, forms, and requests
- Follow up on authorization status and approvals/denials
- Support appeals, retro authorizations, and exception cases
- Communicate with physicians, payers, and internal stakeholders
Key Skills / Requirements
- Experience in prior authorization / patient access / healthcare support
- Knowledge of payer processes, insurance verification
- Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask, organize, and problem-solve
