Location: London, OH

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No Holidays)
Job Type: Full-Time Contract

Alto Health Care Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Health Information Technician to join our team at a correctional facility in Lebanon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience managing medical records in a healthcare setting.

Compensation & Benefits:
• $20.00/hour
• Weekly Pay
• Direct Deposit
• Consistent Monday–Friday Schedule
• No Holiday Shifts

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, compile, and maintain medical records and health documentation
• Review charts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Prepare health information forms and charts for new admissions
• File, retrieve, and track medical records using approved filing systems
• Prepare statistical reports, including admissions, discharges, and census data
• Respond to authorized requests for medical information
• Coordinate with healthcare staff and departments regarding medical records processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Knowledge of health information systems and medical records regulations
• Understanding of medical terminology and record-keeping standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, typing, and office equipment
• Ability to identify missing or inaccurate information within medical records
