We're searching for a passionate Case Manager to join an expanding team and empower adults with developmental disabilities to reach their goals.
What You'll Do- Work hand-in-hand with our team to create engaging, personalized programs
- Champion participant goals and celebrate their achievements
- Keep things organized-manage documents, schedule meetings, and support instructors
- Advocate for participants' safety and well-being every step of the way
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (2+ years preferred)
- AA degree in a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and digital skills
- Current First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and readiness for background checks
- Ability to pass typing assessment (40WPM)
- Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave

- Full-time hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
