• Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off — 8 AM to 5 PM, with evening and weekend on-call duties.
• Patient Load: Manage 9 to 10 patients daily.
• Admissions/Discharges: Handle 1 to 2 admits or discharges each day; busy days may involve 3 to 4.
• Setting: Inpatient psychiatric unit.
• Focus: Mixed acuity adult psychiatry.
• Requirements: Experience with involuntary commitment processes is essential.
• Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Average Length of Stay: 3 to 4 days per patient.
