We pay for experienceWork Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm | Monday through FridayLocation: Onsite in Danvers, MAJob Summary: The Service Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the service schedules for our HVAC divisions during the week. Ensuring all customer service requests are promptly addressed and scheduled for appropriate actionPlans and optimize service routes to maximize efficiency and driving times while considering technician availabilityScheduling service calls & dispatching techniciansCoordinate and schedule planned maintenance accountsUpdating customers with service status / lead time for service callsAccurately update and maintain records of service calls, and customer interactions in dispatch software systemMaintains constant communication with other dispatchers, technicians, and customer service representatives to relay vital information, updates, and changes in schedules.
