The Food Runner position is about:
- Guaranteeing that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely, and pleasant.
- Providing a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
- Removing dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
- Making sure tables are clear, clean, and quickly reset between seats.
- Appropriate entrees from Perry's, including pork chops, chateaubriand, and bone-in tenderloin steaks tableside for guests.
- Assisting the chef team with ongoing maintenance of the kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
