Security Officer Patrol Incident Response
As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Shepherdsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
