Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels Conduct initial phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate fit Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS) Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders Qualifications & Fit 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques preferred Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the talent acquisition field Why work at Pulley First Principles Thinking – We believe in breaking down problems into their most basic parts, and that something is possible unless proven otherwise.
