Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Portland, TX. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 relocation assistance package to support your transition. Responsibilities As an L&D RN, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. You will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor fetal and maternal well-being using advanced equipment. You will collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure safe and positive birth experiences. Additionally, you will provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during this critical time.
