From automation and control systems to cybersecurity, digital solutions, and operational optimization, we enable critical industries to improve performance, reduce risk, and achieve their sustainability objectives.You will report directly to our Senior Program Director and you’ll work out of one of our locations Rosemont, IL/Houston, TX locations on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of complex industrial projects, enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to Honeywell’s leadership in the process automation industry.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management focused on Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projectsProven leadership experience managing multiple project managers and cross-functional teamsStrong knowledge of program management methodologies and best practicesExperience in risk management, cost control, and schedule management for complex projectsAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customersWE VALUEBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldMaster's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience working in a global, matrixed organizationStrong negotiation, communication, and influencing skillsAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentThe annual base salary range for this position is $230,000 - $270,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
