Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance and financial product offerings.
Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
Provide personalized recommendations for life insurance, annuities, and other financial services.
Guide clients through the application and onboarding process with clarity and support.
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent effort and exceptional service.

Requirements

Active Michigan Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
Proven ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client needs.
Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
