Job Description

PRIME Steakhouse is now hiring for our butcher position at our Venice Island location.

Meat cutting experience required. We cut all of our steaks in a temperature controlled butcher room located at our entrance. Must enjoy guest interaction and working evenings.

Ensuring products are fresh
Handling, butchering, and storing meat products
Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
