Apollo Safety is growing and we're looking for a positive, energetic and highly organized professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who loves helping people, brings a great attitude to work every day and takes pride in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude and can confidently juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a smile, we would love to meet you! As the first point of contact for customers, vendors, visitors and team members, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting our daily operations. What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome visitors and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls with a smile and provide outstanding customer service
• Provide information and assistance to customers, vendors and guests
• Log incoming gas detection meters for repair and service
• Maintain and update records, databases, ACT CRM and tracking logs
• Order and manage office supplies and inventory
• Support office security procedures and visitor sign-in processes
• Assist with filing, data entry, scanning and other administrative tasks
• Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area
• Provide general support to various departments as needed

• $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
