Warehouse & Admin Associate

We are looking for a versatile and practical person to join our team as a Warehouse & Admin Associate. About the company and the role: VetNova Animal Health is a Spanish startup in full international expansion, and we are looking for a key boots‑on‑the‑ground team member. If you are motivated by a startup environment and role variety, this position is perfect for you: you will balance hands‑on tasks in our local warehouse (receiving and preparing orders) with daily administrative support and direct coordination with our headquarters in Spain. Receiving merchandise, organizing the space, and preparing shipments safely. Assisting with periodic inventories to keep stock levels up to date. Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Taking charge of ordering packaging materials, labels, and warehouse supplies before they run out. Answering phone calls, managing mail, receiving visitors, and ensuring office supplies are always available. Basic support in data entry, invoicing, collections, and daily expense control. Helping office workflows follow the same order and format as the headquarters in Spain, serving as a communication bridge between both countries. Being the point of contact to notify the IT team if any system or program (CRM) fails. What are we looking for? Organization and planning: Ability to manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and keep the warehouse in order. Problem-solving skills: Proactivity to resolve unexpected issues or errors quickly in a fast‑paced startup setting. Attention to safety: Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment, complying with regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Multitasking ability: To handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing quality. Effective communication with international departments and vendors. Knowledge of Spanish will be highly valued (as it helps smooth communication with the main office in Spain). What do we offer?
