This role is for someone who already understands professional window cleaning techniques and standards—not someone we need to train from scratch. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results on residential and commercial properties while representing Shine professionally on-site. This role requires experience, independence, and accountability. Responsibilities Performing residential and commercial window cleaning to Shine standards Cleaning interior and exterior windows, frames, and sills as required Working with ladders, poles, and hand-cleaning tools safely and efficiently Identifying storm windows, screens, tracks, and special conditions Protecting customer property and interior spaces Maintaining consistent quality across all jobs Communicating clearly with supervisors and customers on-site Keeping job sites clean and professional Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition Required Experience & Qualifications 1+ year of professional window cleaning experience Strong ladder safety and comfort working at heights Experience with hand cleaning tools (squeegees, scrubbers, detailing) Understanding of residential and commercial window types Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver’s license (required) Ideal Candidate Traits Takes pride in clean, streak-free results Works efficiently without cutting corners Thinks ahead and avoids preventable issues Communicates clearly and professionally Comfortable being accountable for job quality Not the Right Fit If You… Are looking for seasonal or part-time work only Need constant supervision to stay productive Cut corners to finish faster Lack professional window cleaning experience Compensation & Benefits Pay: $18 – $22 per hour, based on experience Full-time, year-round work (not seasonal) Opportunity to advance into lead or crew roles Professional equipment provided Stable schedule with a growing company Location Based in Raleigh, North Carolina Local work—no long-distance travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
