Duties

• Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each pet’s breed and individual needs
• Handle animals with care and confidence, ensuring their safety and comfort during grooming procedures
• Restrain pets safely using appropriate techniques to facilitate grooming tasks effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, stations, and work areas to uphold health standards
• Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and aftercare instructions
• Assist with pet handling during check-in and check-out processes, providing excellent customer service
• Support team members with animal handling and basic pet care duties as needed to ensure a smooth workflow
