\nMountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join an established outpatient pediatric practice in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving clinic with an existing patient base, experienced support staff, and immediate volume. Enjoy a quality-focused practice with no hospital call and a strong work-life balance in one of the Southwest’s most desirable growing communities.

- 100% outpatient pediatrics \n
- Monday–Friday schedule \n
- No hospital call \n
- Shared clinic call only (1:4) \n
- Office space available and ready for immediate patient care \n
- Strong referral network with more than 160 physicians on medical staff \n
- Supportive neonatology team and dedicated pediatric unit \n
- Over 1,000 deliveries annually at MountainView Regional Medical Center \n
- New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible required \n
- Visa sponsorship available \n

MountainView Regional Medical Center is a 168-bed acute care hospital located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Accredited by The Joint Commission, the hospital provides 24-hour emergency care, cardiac services, womens health, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, rehabilitation services, wound care, diagnostic imaging, pain management, and diabetes education programs.
Community\nLas Cruces is a growing community in southern New Mexico, surrounded by mountains and desert landscapes. Residents enjoy outdoor recreation, including hiking, skiing, boating, and water sports, as well as mild seasonal weather. Located near major highways and approximately 45 minutes from El Paso International Airport , Las Cruces offers convenient travel access, good schools, and a growing business base.
