Surgery Department - Required: ACLS, BLS Certification, CNOR(preferred), Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license, Minimum of 2 years of recent (past 6 months) experience, Strong Meditech experience is required, Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program required, BSN(preferred),
