Extrusion Associate

Job Details Base Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour Shift: Day Shift 6am - 6:30pm (rotating)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Visually inspect extruded product for consistent appearance and length per defined standards. Maintain paperwork and conduct online quality inspections. Operate packaging equipment. Ensure proper counts, packing patterns, and labeling.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch. Prior machine operation experience, preferably in manufacturing and extrusion. Capacity to stand and work on feet for 12‑hour shifts, bend and lift as required. Basic math skills. Ability to read English and conduct quality inspections. Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and quality standards. Must be at least 18 years of age. Understand and follow safety policies. Pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
