Position: Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Base Pay: $65–$70/hour + Incentive Opportunities
Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekend Availability: Must be open to working approximately one weekend per month

This is a full-time position, and while our standard office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, weekly hours may vary based on patient volume and clinic needs. The ideal candidate should have some flexibility in their schedule and be willing to provide weekend coverage approximately once per month.
Reno Travel Requirement: This role includes taking over our physician's 1 monthly trip to Reno, NV. On these trips, the PA will be responsible for all clinical work other than Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), which remain with the physician. Candidates must be able and willing to travel to Reno on a regular basis as a core part of the job.

Oasis is looking for a motivated, highly detail-oriented  Physician Assistant (PA-C)who wants to grow beyond traditional clinical practice and develop hands-on experience in  occupational medicine, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and regenerative medicine .

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who already knows everything we do. We’re looking for someone who is  highly trainable, curious, precise, and genuinely excited to learn.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal PA is someone who:

• Is  extremely detail-oriented and takes documentation, follow-through, and patient care seriously
• Is  coachable and eager to learn
• Is willing to learn our clinical protocols and  let go of habits or workflows that don't align with our standards
• Wants to learn  musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSK-US)
• Is comfortable learning to perform  basic/simple ultrasound scans with appropriate training and supervision
• Is interested in treating  Workers’ Compensation patients
• Is open to learning about and participating in  regenerative medicine
• Communicates confidently and professionally with patients, employers, adjusters, referral partners, and the clinical team
• Enjoys working in a growing practice where responsibilities and opportunities can expand
• Takes ownership of their work rather than needing constant direction
• Is comfortable receiving feedback and continually improving

CLINICAL AREAS YOU'LL WORK IN

Depending on training, experience, scope of practice, and physician supervision, the role may include:

Occupational Medicine
Workers’ Compensation evaluations, injury follow-ups, return-to-work evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and coordination of care.

Musculoskeletal Medicine & MSK Ultrasound
Learn to incorporate ultrasound into musculoskeletal evaluations and develop competency in basic diagnostic scanning.

Regenerative Medicine
Work alongside our physician with patients being evaluated for treatments such as  PRP, dextrose prolotherapy, nerve hydrodissection, ultrasound-guided procedures, and other musculoskeletal treatment options.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in one or more of the following would be especially valuable:

Orthopedics • Emergency Medicine • Urgent Care • Occupational Medicine • Sports Medicine • Musculoskeletal Medicine

Previous ultrasound experience is a plus,  but not required for the right candidate who is eager to learn.

Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $65–$70/hour , depending on experience and qualifications.

We are also interested in building an  incentive structure that rewards growth and contribution to the practice. Potential incentives may include productivity or performance bonuses tied to clearly defined metrics, while keeping compensation structured appropriately for a medical practice.
