DOEBenefits: 7 Paid holidaysSick Leave- 40 hrs/yearVacation after 1 year of full-time employmentEmployee discount IRA retirement account Paid Time OffPosition Summary: To provide service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.Work Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation requiredRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or its equivalentValid driver's license & insurable driving record3 + years' experience as a HVAC service technician Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsBe familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesEPA Universal Certification Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipmentDemonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classesWork from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladderUnderstand and communicate benefits of preventable maintenanceDemonstrate advanced customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkersDemonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership rolesPlease note: We utilize a third party for all our hiring; DO NOT contact us directly.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
