Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• 1+ year of experience in a Medical-Surgical unit required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Adaptability and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on the MS unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
