High School Kitchen Team Member
This role is for high school students who want to work hard and be part of a high-performance kitchen team. You will work after school and on weekends in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where speed, precision, and consistency matter every shift. This is not an easy job. It requires focus, effort, and accountability.
Position Type
- Part-Time (After School & Weekend Shifts)
Availability Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Available at least 2–3 weekdays (afternoon/evening shifts)
- Available to work Saturdays
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant
What You'll Do
- Prepare and assemble food quickly and accurately
- Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards
- Operate in multiple kitchen stations during high-volume periods
- Keep your station stocked, organized, and efficient
- Work with urgency to keep the kitchen flowing at all times
- Communicate clearly with team members to prevent slowdowns
- Follow all Chick-fil-A procedures and standards
