Responsibilities Companionship Community engagement and socialization Life Skills Community Outings Personal hygiene Routine housekeeping tasks Administration of medications Money management Nutrition, grocery shopping, and cooking Attending medical appointments Proper use of appliances and adaptive/assistive devices Home safety, first aid, and emergency procedures Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass background checks. Must have a valid driver’s license, a working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours (as required) to meet individual needs (evenings, weekends, and holidays). Excellent work and personal references required. No experience required. Ability to complete all required written documentation and supporting reports of services provided. Manage a variable work schedule with good attendance and punctuality. Complete ongoing in-service and other educational training. Compensation & Benefits Weekend Premium: $1.00 hourly increase. Midnight Premium: $1.50 hourly increase.
