What You'll Do
- Install and set up residential and commercial water treatment equipment
- Diagnose and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and related equipment
- Perform routine service and maintenance calls
- Complete carbon tank re-beds and exchanges
- Refill acid neutralizers
- Replace drinking water system filters
- Clean and refill chlorinators
- Complete salt and water deliveries
- Perform minor well service work
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or other home service industries
- Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing residential or commercial equipment
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with customers in the field
- Honest, dependable, and professional
- Strong customer service mindset
- Clean personal appearance and professionalism in customers' homes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
