Broadband Technical Operations Manager

What you’ll do: Oversee installation, service, and system maintenance for your market. Manage supervisors, field teams, budgets, and performance metrics. Ensure FCC compliance, service reliability, and top‑notch customer experience. Build relationships with local authorities, utilities, and community partners. Mentor technical leaders and develop future talent. What we’re looking for: 5+ years in telecom operations with supervisory experience. Proven ability to drive results and lead teams.
