Security Officer

About the Role Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Security Officer to join our dedicated Security Team. The role involves ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property 24/7, while upholding the high service standards of Four Seasons. What You’ll Do The Security Officer actively participates in day‑to‑day security operations, monitors the property, responds to incidents, and works closely with guests, local law enforcement, and other authorities. Responsibilities include: Maintaining a visible security presence throughout the hotel. Responding to emergencies and coordinating with emergency services. Conducting regular patrols and inspections. Providing assistance and conflict resolution to guests and staff. Documenting and reporting incidents in a clear, accurate manner. Physical Requirements Stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs. The position is physically demanding and requires the ability to remain alert throughout the shift. What You’ll Bring Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Experience in dealing with life‑saving or property protection situations. Certification in CPR, first aid, firefighting, and crowd control. Previous police or security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
