Business Office Manager

Facility: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation Location: Live Oak, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and organized Business Office Manager to oversee administrative and financial operations. This position plays a key role in supporting the facility, residents, families, and staff while ensuring efficient business office functions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a central point of communication between the Administrator and facility departments Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings and external agencies Act as a liaison between residents, families, government agencies, and third-party payors Oversee reception and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial operations Coordinate weekly bank and post office errands Review financial reports and assist with administrative projects as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare business office Knowledge of Medicaid programs and application processes Strong understanding of financial reports and data analysis Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer systems Strong organizational, communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with facility leadership and staff Benefits Medical & Dental Coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Company Perks & Employee Discounts Supportive, Team-Oriented Work Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Excelsior Care Group
