Role Specialty Physical Therapist Schedule Days, 5x8 Assignment Details Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks Requirements Minimum Experience: 1 year Required Certification: BLS Clinical Settings: Outpatient, Acute Care, LTC/SNF Charting Experience Required (Experience with Epic preferred) Representative Clinical Skills: Post-op ortho care (hip/knee/shoulder/spine), spine/low-back/cervical conditions, stroke/post-stroke rehab, neuro diagnoses (TBI, SCI, MS, Parkinson's), home exercise programs, and patient/family education. Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate and develop appropriate care plans for patients. Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Document patient care, treatments, and responses in the medical record. Comply with all facility protocols and standards of care. Compliance / Notes Approved Time Off (RTO) on an individual basis upon offer. Must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
