Customer Support Representative

World's leading distribution company is searching for qualified individuals to provide customer support in a call center environment. Job Description These candidates will be responsible for filing supply requests for customers and centers, processing complaints and preparing monthly reports. Additional duties may include developing an action plan for customers, responding to and following up on customer requests, as well as various administrative dutes such as filing, faxng, processing forms, auditing documents, etc. If selected, candidates will attend a training seminar from 8:00AM - 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday) for about a month then will proceed to a work schedule of 10:30AM - 7:00 PM (Monday through Friday) **This is a 3 month contract position with possibility of full-time hire*** PLEASE APPLY WITH RESUME ATTACHED. Qualifications 3-5 years of Customer Service experience is required. Must have excellent computer proficiency. Previous call center experience is a plus.
