This role will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for successfully testing and debugging L3 products for delivery or repair.Essential Functions: Perform electronic testing, both manual and automated, in a production environmentPerform electrical troubleshooting and fault isolation in a production environmentAssist Test Engineering on trends, root causes and corrective actionsOperates related test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)Participate in process improvement activities in both test and manufacturingAdherence to L3Harris policies and procedures, including but not limited to, calibration of equipment, ESD (electrostatic discharge), FOD (foreign object debris/damage) and general housekeeping.Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.Preferred Additional Skills:Knowledge of RF and digitals signalsKnowledge of basic Analog, Digital and RF circuitryComfortable using PC based applicationsExperience using test equipment (RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, voltage meters and oscilloscopes)Department of Defense Security Clearance.Previous electronics manufacturing, test and debug education and experienceL3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
